I am a purist when it comes to cheesecake. My preference is plain with a hint of lemon zest and maybe some berries strewn on top. Paul has changed all of that for me. His are the only "flavored" cheesecakes I eat. They are rockin' good eating.

Isn't it an interesting thing about cheesecake? Just the very word sounds indulgent and vaguely dangerous. But dangerous in a "he's a rebel without a cause but I'm totally gonna go out with him" way. Kelly--I agree, you'd be set up for marital bliss with a beginning like that tower, huh? Moonrat, I have to give photo credit to the amazing Paul Verano, who sent those over. Aren't they sexy photos? They prompted my mom to call me from New Jersey and ask "Do they ship!?". Jeena: Come visit and we'll all go to the Confectional!! :-)
