I've traveled to Ireland and never once did I see those white scone-like loaves when I was there. And never did I see raisins and other stuff in the loaves.<BR/><BR/>The breads they had in Ireland were a dark brown and were absolutely delicious. I've tried to figure out how to make them without success.
