Candy Corn or Mellowcreme Pumpkins? And, win my book!

Cakespy Snackdown

It's a simple question, really. Which do you prefer: Candy corn, or Mellowcreme Pumpkins?

Weigh in by commenting on this post or on my facebook page, and you could win a *signed* copy of my amazing book, CakeSpy Presents Sweet Treats for a Sugar-Filled Life. There's a recipe for homemade candy corn in the book, by the way.

You don't have to leave a reason, but I would be interested in hearing it if you're so inclined.

This giveaway will be open for one week; I will close it for entries on Tuesday, October 23rd at 5pm EST. Due to high shipping rates overseas, I am only able to offer this giveaway to residents of US and Canada. If you leave a comment on this site, don't panic if it doesn't show up right away: comment moderation is enabled. Good luck!

Pumpkins! I love both and am guilty of buying the huge 5-lb bags at the warehouse stores...but pumpkins are better because they don't get hard as quickly and when you eat them you can really taste the flavor!

Pumpkins. The white end of candy corn pieces weirds me out.

Pumpkins! They are fun to bite into, and there is way kess of that waxy taste.

candy corn all the way! the tri-colored candy is so reminiscent of my childhood!

plus, you can shove handfuls of them in your mouth easily (which isn't quite possible with the mellowcremes).

Candy Corn for sure! Even though it all tastes the same I will eat them by section sometimes. I'll take a pumpkin in the harvest mix though and the chocolate ends on some are good too. Oh, and I'm picky when it comes to candy corn and only like Brach's. I just don't think the other brands (like jelly belly) get it right. :) Crazy I know!

Guess I will go with the mellocreme pumpkins. Our family has sworn off candy corn since my husband almost choked to death on a handful he grabbed off the reception desk in his office. He's quite a jokester and the people in his office thought he was just clowning around.

Definitely candy corns! I love nibbling the top like a squirrel then when I hit the middle part, I crunch them up like some hungry alligator.

CANDY CORN all the way! It's not to much you can get different flavors and I like to mix them in a bag with nuts so you have a salty sweet.
