This is my idea of a holiday! No people, stay at home, craft and bake! Love your super sweet BBQ. Happy non-Holiday!
I wish I would have seen these a few days ago. I would have loved to make these for a barbecue I'm going to tomorrow. They are so cute!
I think I'll take your suggestions. :D
more spectacular than fireworks... Happy 4th!
You guys are too much! I agree and plan to keep a low profile this holiday weekend.
How fun and creative is this...love it!
Utterly adorable! You have he cleverest posts ever! I don't know how you come up with these things!
How fun! These would be adored by all ages!
What would I give for a day's holiday today! There's no pleasing some people!!!!!
I think I could manage to consume your plate of food with a little more gusto than I could its savoury counterpart!
That sounds like my kind of burger!
I feel the same way - holidays become such big "hooplas" and vause so much stress (and traffic!!) - but at least they bring lots of family and friends together, so that's good :0)
Love those cute sweets!! So fun!!
maybe i will have a twinkie hot dog...? cravings anyone?
this is hilarious!
an entire plate of dessert made to look like savory foods.
i love it!
Happy 4th, you crazy thing, you!
crazy, weird and creative BUT, sorry to say it - kind of a turn off. Call me unimaginative or old and stodgy. My son, young and imaginative, would love this meal though. : )
Happy long weekend, sweeties!
Yum so fun and delicious looking! Definitely the kind of burger and hotdog I'd like.
Amen, sista! This is my kind of celebration! Twinkie as a bun - pure genius. Just looking at this meal makes me feel 8 again.
xoxox Amy
so cool~
what a great idea.
The Twinkie hot dog is CRAZY! I LOVE it!
By the way: Retro Bakery in Las Vegas is OPEN ALL DAY on July 4th!
Wish you were here!
Heather: Yup, our type of barbecue!! :-)
Tanya: Hey, there's a summer full of barbecue opportunities ahead!!
Alicia: Sweet!!
Banana-head: Thanks! I hope it clears up in Seattle so we can have some fireworks!
Glamah: Keep it sweet this long weekend!
My Sweet: Glad you enjoyed!
StickyGooey: What can I say, we see an opportunity for sweet everywhere!!
Rachelle: Thanks!!
Caked Crusader: Oh, you do put it in perspective! Although working from home it's not really a reprieve from my "office"! :-)
Melisser: Yea!!
VeggieGirl: So true. I miss my family (on the east coast) on holidays :-(
Aran: HA!!! That would be a crave-worthy one I think!!
Meghan: A little disturbing but cute, huh? :-)
Ann: Happy 4th to you and yours!
Dana: Not being appetized by faux hot dogs and burgers? The horror!!!
Surcie: You too!!
Amy: Welcome to our world--we're all mentally 6 or 7 here. :-)
Bonnie: Thanks! Happy holiday weekend!
Kari: Well then, not all of our favorite bakeries are closed--but all of our favorites in Queen Anne, Seattle, seem to be!! :-(
mmmm, I'm coming to YOUR house today for the cookout. Your treats are adorable!
LOL, fill up my paper plate w/2 of everything!
aren't you clever! i'd be tempted to completely skip my hot-off-the-grill burger for these delicious treats...but then i'd remember that it's a holiday and go ahead and eat everything. :)
I love this. It's fun deceiving with fun food.
